Lycium barbarum, Wolfberry or one of two Lycium species commonly called Goji Berry, is a vigorous woody deciduous perennial with long, somewhat straggly growth that produces its edible red ellipsoid berries in autumn. The stems - which have small spines - are best trained on wire or trellises to give maximum exposure to light but also to avoid them rambling over the rest of the garden.
They can also be grown in amongst hedges. The small purple flower is very attractive and often overlooked.
Strong healthy plants propagated by us at the nursery.
