Thelypteris decursive-pinnata, the Japanese Beech Fern, is synonomous with Phegopteris decursive-pinnata and is often referred to under that name. It is a beautiful ornamental fern with a sightly blue-green colour on mature fronds and a fresh green colour on new growth.
Thelypteris decursive-pinnata has a vigourous habit and will slowly spread to form a clumping undercover, ideal in a woodland glade and in the shade of overhead foliage.
