Brunnera macrophylla 'Jack Frost' is a hardy herbaceous perennial with dramatic silver-veined foliage and blue starry blooms. This combination of very intricate and exotically-patterned leaves and the tiny forget-me-not flowers that seem to float above the foliage is unique and lifts this cultivar into a class of it own far beyond the somewhat drab foliage of the original type species. It is a plant that lends itself to exotic gardens yet is often overlooked by exotic gardeners.
Brunnera marcrophylla 'Jack Frost' is very easy to grow in any shady or semi-shady moist spot and combines well with a wide range of woodland species.
Brunnera marcrophylla 'Jack Frost' is protected by Plant Breeders Rights and vegetative propagation is prohibited.
