Tiarella wherryi, Wherry's Foamflower is a North American woodlander with deeply-lobed Acer-shaped foliage and charming racemes of white starry flowers with pinkish-brown anthers. The peduncles are tinged pinkish which adds to the charm.
Tiarella wherryi prefers a moist humus-rich soil and a shady or partially shaded aspect. The foliage turns an eye-catching burgundy colour in autumn.
